Built in 1903, this home has since undergone a serious remodel. The fully-stocked kitchen was updated in 2018, but that was only the smallest hint of the extensive remodel that was to come five years later. In the summer of 2023, we installed central AC, painted inside and out, expanded off-street parking, tore out all carpets to refinish the original hardwood flooring, and installed new turf in the backyard. Sleeps 12 guests, in two separate units!

Enjoy our cozy space, recently renovated with remodeled kitchen, updated bathroom, and new flooring throughout. Built in 1954, this single-family home is a 5-minute walk from Prospect Lake at Memorial Park or a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown. Your pets are welcome with the fully fenced backyard.

Enjoy our cozy space that lets in plenty of natural light within a quiet neighborhood surrounded by mature trees for shade and privacy. Built in 1903, this space features an updated shower/tub. Drive 10 minutes downtown to explore craft breweries, local coffee shops, parks, museums, boutiques, and fine or casual dining. Or stay inside, kick back, relax, and enjoy the modern miracle that is WiFi.
